This is the final summary publication of the crossCert project. You can learn about technical guidelines for developing EPCs inlcuding assessment methodologies, quality control procedures, the performance gap, the path towards next-generation EPC metrics as well as ways to increasing the value of EPCs by making EPCs more people-centred. We also explore if and how harmonising EPCs in Europe could work by recommendations based on our cross testing results, as well as detailed analysis on how quality control frameworks can be standardised whilst allowing for country-specific flexibility.
